EPS packaging – a world of possibilities
At Styropack we develop and manufacture EPS packaging and other EPS solutions. EPS is characterised by many positive qualities, making it the ideal material for a variety of uses. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) - is a clean oil product, which is a residual product at oil refining processes. At some of the world’s most environmentally responsible and state of the art production facilities we transform the EPS material into lightweight and durable packaging, consisting of 98% air and 2% polystyrene. Based on years of experience and product development, we ensure that our customers' packaging problems will always be solved in the optimum way.

EPS is versatile and durable
EPS is a lightweight material with strong qualities, meaning that the packaging does not require heavy machinery for handling. Our customers receive a versatile and durable packaging solution, which is weather resistant, has excellent thermal insulation properties, and is characterised by high shock absorption, and a great compressive strength.

Packaging for the protection of large and small products
Small, delicate glass-ampoules containing expensive medicines, or large heavy loudspeakers as tall as a man. No matter what size and characteristics the products have, they always require an efficient method of protective packaging, to ensure that the product arrives safely at its destination. This ensures that EPS remains the ideal packaging solution due to the unrivalled qualities of the material.

Standard- or bespoke solutions – your choice
Styropack has its own development department. Working closely with our customers allows us to develop special solutions based on the need of each customer, - both regarding semi- and total-products, as well as packaging. By using different production methods as contour-cutting or shape moulding, we work together to provide the best solution, which meets your demands for quality, quantity, and price.

Based on many years of experience and current product development we have also developed a programme of standard products, considering the current need of packaging within for example horticulture, fish, and the furniture industry. Most people also know about the power of the EPS material as loose fill, efficiently protecting even the most delicate products during transport.

Combination solutions from only one partner
Often the ideal solution consists of a combination of several materials, where the different qualities meet the demands of the customer. Therefore we are specialised in advising about combination solutions within related foam materials such as EPP, Sekisui etc. and corrugated cardboard.
